We wanted to write and thank you and Homes by James for meeting our expectations throughout the process of planning as well as building our home. We also thank you for being in the Parade of Homes, for if you hadn't been we would probably still be living in our townhouse and still dreaming about a new home. Who would think that two people with no intention of buying a new home would walk into their dream home, love everything about it, and go home talking about nothing else for days? Your warm welcoming representative (Donna) went out of her way to make the model open to us to help us make our decision to decide to build. At times I'm sure she felt we had moved in.

Working with you both to plan our home was so comfortable that it felt like our friends were helping us through one of the most difficult things people do in their lifetime. Your Homes by James team is extremely courteous and was willing to answer our many questions. Jason Zerwas, your job superintendent, went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met. He made my day on many occasions, and he deserves our thanks also. Everyone knows that unexpected things happen when building a new home (we probably had more than the normal), but you were there to work through these things with us to make sure that we were happy.

Greg and I absolutely love our new home and the top quality workmanship that was used by Homes by James. We are proud of it and love to show it off. The pleasure I have sitting on the porch and watching the wildlife on the pond, of taking in the beautiful sunsets, make it all worthwhile. You can now add us to your list of extremely satisfied customers and Homes by James advocates.
